Appalling and rude customer service, so bad it was funny. Staff couldn't be bothered to unlock front door during opening hours. He then insisted on using intercom which was almost impossible to hear due to poor quality and passing road traffic. Why not just open the door you might ask? Well, when I asked him to, he looked at me like i'd committed a crime! He unlocked the door then the put his arms up and panicked 'DON'T COME IN!' he said. You might thick I was looking dodgy but no, no balaclava just casually dressed. I asked him if he was alright? 'We don't let customers in' yes he actually said 'we don't let customers in'. I then thought, well its going to be difficult to get my repairs done here so I promptly walked off and took my £500 pounds of repairs to a garage who will be be respectful to me and want it. Best of luck to anyone who decides visits the garage who ' doesn't let customers in'.

Stadium Garage accepted or car from a breakdown on the M 18 in the middle of Storm Babette. They clearly explained how to leave the keys after our new ride came. They also said they would look at it on Thursday and not undertake any work until they consulted us. They sorted the problem and did two road tests before contacting us to collect it. The charge was very reasonable. The recovery driver told us that we had chosen the best garage in Doncaster and we agree with him!

Was recommended to come here following a failed pressure test on my AC system. They found the leak, ordered the part, had it ready and gassed it up, even topped my oil up at no extra cost. All within 24 hours of dropping the car off. Fantastic service from start to finish.Service: Air conditioning

What a rude company, customer service lacking!I visited this garage last week to book my car in, I wasn't allowed into the building and had to speak to the staff through the door intercom system whilst stood outside in the rain, This is difficult as there are cars passing by and both myself and the staff were slightly deaf.I then arrive to drop the car off at the agreed time, to be greeted with a hostile attitude asking "what car as we get tens of cars dropped of a day."Maybe starting with "hello" instead of staring blankly at me would of been a better start to the conversation.I decided that I would take my seemingly inconvenient business elsewhere if this was going to be the tone of the service.strange way of dealing with people but hey ho no sleep lost good luck lads.ATS down the road were a great set of guys and sorted me out with a smile.
