Last week i bought women safety shoes when i tried at home it was very bad quality i feel very uncomfortable.Today i went again and i told to this shop staff i feel very uncomfortable it was sharp inside but one lady staff said i can?t return then i told to her ok if you can?t return then can you exchange me she said no i wasted my money £30 will suggest no one go to this shop staff because staff behaviour is very bad me and husband both of bought and quality is very bad also very expensive.Also there policy is fake,no return,no exchange staff is fake,manager is fake.??

Shocking service. I wanted to try on a pair of running shoes and asked at the counter to see if they had a size I needed. The young lady on the till couldn't have been more helpful. Radioed that someone needed help at the running shoe area. She told me someone would be a couple of minutes. I returned to her after 5 minutes of no one coming she again Radioed saying customer is waiting. Over the radio you could hear someone say we heard you the first time. I get your busy and everything else but that's no way to talk to a colleague or something i think customers should hear. She apologised and asked me to wait a couple more minutes. I looked around and there was at least 6 staff members only putting stock out ignoring any radio calls that have been sent out. I waited by the shoes with a shoe in hand for 25 minutes before finally giving up putting the shoe anyway and walked out. I ended up going 2 shops down to jd sports and getting a pair from there. Never will I ever use this sports direct again shocking service.

What's the point in hiring 20 people if all they do is talk to each other? I've walked 2 times from the store cuz I had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to finish talking so they could change me a pair of sneakers.

After looking at the 141 different pairs of men?s cycling shoes on their website I decided to drive 15 miles to their store in Doncaster so that I could try them on to get the correct fit. I had to drive there because there is no way to find out what items each store has in stock, either online or by phone.
Unbelievably they did not have one single pair of men?s cycling shoes in the entire store. I don?t just mean the specific ones that I had decided upon, I mean ANY men?s cycling shoes at all.
0 stars and no more business from me, ever again.

Bought some shoes using cash. Didn't even offer me change just gave me a receipt and then waited for me to leave. Blatant theft at its finest

Just been in the Wheatley hall road shop. Staff was dotted all over cleaning putting stock out. Needed help found a very helpful young lad went above and beyond to help find what I needed. Restored my faith in shops from having poor experience with another retailer. Definitely be back with service like that, sorry didn't get the young lads name but thank-you if you see this.

Left waiting to be served three people behind the counter one serving the others chatting ( no eye contact at all ) two just walked away the other was just chatting to the customer. A young girl came over i thought she was going to serve me see looked around for a while piked some scissors up and walked away. There seems to plenty of staff but they seem to only be interested in chatting with each other. I thought I would give it a try instead of going into town to flannels but I think the longer trip is worth it for the customer service

Around 10 o'clock this morning I visited the store looking for rocker soled shoes. Sadly I couldn't find what I was looking for but, a very nice young man, whose name was Reece was so helpful. He was extremely patient, showing me several options and helping me to make the right choice for my requirements. In the end I didn't buy anything today but would certainly return in the future. Top marks.
