This company sells products that are soo bad in quality . Items were not even fit for purpose. Sports direct seems to think it is ok to sell them but, they don?t have to take any responsibility for it.

Really really appalled by the way the staff at sports direct treats me , very rude condescending staff , treating other customers better in front of me . Staff made me walk all the way back to the shoes corner , and did not do the same for the customer right behind me . Other dude that processed my order was way worse . Would give zero stars if I could .

I was really disappointed with the treatment we received from a particular member of staff here. I could get her name as I didn?t see a name badge but we had asked am old lady with short dark hair if they had a particular size of shoe. Given the layout of sports direct and the shoes being displayed on the walls I would expect that is something the staff would be pretty used to. No exaggeration, she huffed, tutted and shouted for one of her colleagues to do it for her instead. I stood there feeling quite embarrassed as I don?t want to make anyone?s job harder and I actually ended up not purchasing all the goods I needed because I didn?t want to be met with that reaction again. The other male staff were super helpful and kind and despite their demanding colleague, very patient and attentive. This review isn?t about compensation or getting people into trouble, I just hope the lady reads this and takes accountability for her behaviour so it doesn?t make future customers unhappy.

Paradise for universal credit spongers.Staff are lazy, nowhere to be seen and generally clueless to anything you ask them if you can actually find a staff member.Even the customers were vile.

Came off the train from Hull into Doncaster today in urgent need of some joggy bottoms got to the door to find it was closed and asked I just need 1 thing to which they helped me really friendly and got what I neededThis is the reason I only use sports direct today was the 26th November 2023 really want to give the staff a big shout for helping me at last minute

Needs an update. Stuck in the past like many other Sports Directs. Was like a library without music but would rather that than listen to KSI or whatever Sports Direct has on their playlists.
