So any ebay parcel that goes to this shop should be scanned by the shop Employee to make the recipient aware of the collection.. But they don't and that they accept the parcel and just leave it sat... This then just leaves all the other parcels piled up! I'm lucky because hermes had alerted me of the delivery... then the shop owners have the cheek to complain about ebay parcels just sat in thier shop ? that's because you're not scanning them in the first place! There's a reason why you have to scan it twice when someone actually collects the parcel!
