Outstanding Service at Specsavers Doncaster ? A Special Thanks to James
A few months ago, my wife and I visited Specsavers Doncaster and each purchased two pairs of glasses. Throughout the process, we were assisted by James, whose professionalism, product knowledge, and friendly manner made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We left feeling extremely satisfied with both the service and the products.
Yesterday, we returned to the store as our glasses had become slightly loose and needed adjusting. As soon as we walked in, we made a beeline for James ? it was a pleasure to see him again, and he seemed genuinely pleased to see us too.
While making the adjustments, James noticed that one of my frames had unexpectedly started to peel. He immediately expressed concern and said this wasn?t acceptable. Without hesitation, he took them away and returned just minutes later with a brand-new replacement frame. Not only did he ensure everything fit perfectly, but he also gave the glasses a thorough clean ? a small gesture that really went a long way.
This level of care and attention is rare, and James is a shining example of what true 5-star customer service looks like. He went above and beyond without being asked, and his professionalism and pride in his work were clear to see.
Thank you, James, and thank you Specsavers Doncaster ? we will absolutely continue to recommend you to friends and family.

Staff are very friendly and efficient. The glasses that I have purchased suit me in style and in quality, I am very pleased with them. I found the whole experience welcoming and easy, not rushed and feeling like I was just another customer.

The staff are always very smart. You are made to feel welcome, the staff are polite pleasant & patient, they explain every test & the opticians always explain every aspect of your eye test. Specsavers Doncaster truly is an amazing opticians. I highly reccomend them.
