AVOID!... Frame snapped on sofa with the 10 year frame guarantee and 5 years insurance I payed extra for.When engineer arrived he was too afraid to report the failure to office!Zip bust, would't even cover that.So all key selling points that sold me the sofa aren't worth paper Thier wrote on.. spend Ur money else where.

On the day of delivery we were given a 4hr slot, we were delivery number 10. Following the tracking, number 10 was missed but had no correspondence. Once our 4hr window was passed I called sofology, only to be told our furniture wasn't loaded onto the van but we were assured this would be delivered within 1.5hours.2hrs later the sofa never arrived and we were contacted to say the sofa wasn't coming but would be contacted in the morning to arrange delivery asap.The following morning we never received a phone call or email regarding delivery so had to call them, only to be told the earliest they could do was 5 days from now.This isn't good enough, I had to take last minute annual leave to accommodate the delivery, we were advised to not arrange disposal of our old sofa until the new one is booked in for delivery so had it collected in the morning. we are now left without furniture all week. I asked if they could deliver after 4pm so I don't have to take another day of leave to which they declined. if I made a change to delivery I would have been charged £99 but sofology can cancel with no notice and no compensation.

After a bad experience with an SCS ?leather? sofa delaminating and discolouring we decided to try Sofology. The whole sales experience was pleasant enough, much like SCS really, and after sharing this bad experience with the salesman we were assured this would absolutely not happen with their quality leather furniture. Well, after just over four years the colour is wearing and peeling off our £2500 sofa from Sofology, and we feel absolutely conned once again. I am absolutely SICK to the back teeth of being LIED to by these companies. Cheap inferior products sold at a premium price. And now we?re out of warranty we don?t have a leg to stand on as they couldn?t care less. I don?t expect a £2500 sofa to last forever, but I expect it to last far longer than four years before the so called leather starts peel off. Good quality leather doesn?t do this, it?s cheap leather with a synthetic coating. I wouldn?t mind if it was sold as such, but it was sold as the best quality, and it clearly isn?t, it?s absolutely rubbish.

Went in store today with my disabled mum and trying to get her new furniture, the sales rep called mandy was absolutely amazing, she was patient and she went through all the offers and furniture which would benefit my mum. I couldn't be more greatful for her time. And effort would I recommend yes 100%.

Ordered a sofa with a 12 week wait, closer to the delivery date had confirmation of sofa (turns out wrong colour had been ordered by store)Told we could have that sofa until ordered one arrives, then told a different story by someone else.Finally got the right colour ordered and now waiting yet another 12 weeks for delivery.(Roll on 24th august)If i could have canceled and gone else where to get a sofa quicker i would have!

Dealt with Graham yesterday, was very helpful, professional and genuine, greeted us when we entered the store. Ended up buying a Radley Corner Sofa. Never came off as pushy and they gave us plenty of space but when we needed help they were always ready to come over. We're very happy with our choice and experience at Sofology.

Really attentive staff who helped me find the perfect sofas for my new home. Lovely selection and the lady was very knowledgable in helping me find something perfect for my husband and I, plus our dog. Their selection of pet friendly materials was great. Lead times seem quick so shall see when they get here!

Nice furniture staff friendly but pushy..1st visit a lady said they left us too it n didn't push or follow around 2nd visit it was yap yap yap n follow us round in end we walked out.

Sofa is great but missing cushions. Reported 2 weeks ago on the day of delivery and since then after multiple calls nobody wants to take ownership of the issue. A shame that people can?t call you back.
