Some of the staff are rude and mannerless. I?ve been shopping at this store for more than 2 years now. I?ve noticed one particular female staff never smiled or greeted me back but happily spoke and greeted to other white customers. Why would you even want to work in such an environment where you?ve to deal face to face with customers but have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. I?ve always seen that expression on her face like why do I even have to serve her? but the next moment she served the white customer her ETIQUETTE surprisingly came back Like WHAT?!!!!!!!!!

Used to be a good store with friendly staff but lately they are more interested in having a conversation with colleagues over the headsets rather than the customer they are serving. I also don't appreciate being accosted by charities with booths set up inside doorway of store trying to get you to sign up to monthly donations.
