I asked three girls there today what time they closed on Tuesday.All three were clueless.One said "5 i fink"One said "errrrrr I dunno but I would have thought 6"The last one said "I reckon 5:30" at that point I left..... Lets hope your delivery service is better than your staff

The staff downstairs in the woman's section which is practically three quarters of the store are let?s be honest the worst possible staff to see. Unappreciative unhelpful and arrogant. They look down the nose of your not a pretty girl. They don?t want men in store and stare or just walk away. By the way I spent hundreds or more next door after this so more fool you. Proper arrogant. Funny on the wage they?re on. Absolutely nothing in store by the way. Pointless

Really awful customer service. I purchased a dress from the Meadowhall store but the assistant who served me didn't put the belt of the dress in the bag. I rang Sheffield numerous times but they didn't answer the phone. Went in to the Doncaster branch where I was told by the manageress 'it's not our fault." Whilst I realise this they are representing the company 'River Island' and could at least have said sorry for your inconvenience. After a fiasco and being told 'we don't post things' (all I wanted was for the Sheffield branch to post my belt to me) I was given a belt from a dress that was identical which someone had returned this morning. Having been a loyal River Island customer for a very long time. Would I return? I'd have to think long and hard.

OK store. Range gang be hit and miss at times, but generally OK. This store is clean well stocked and staff nice.
