We've been staying at this hotel since 2016 and the staff are incredible. We're always greeted with a friendly welcome and the staff are always helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the restaurant has delicious food.Rooms: Clean and comfortableWalkability: Nearby Outlet Village and Npower Stadium. Lovely walk round the lake to.Food & drinks: Delicious food and friendly staff in the restaurant.

We went to watch AFC Wimbledon play Doncaster and stayed at this hotel which is in a great location next to a variety or shops and places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable and we had an excellent stay. There is even a great walk around the lake next door too.

Everything was ok with my stay, the location, the room, the service. However I wasn?t provided a receipt when I paid for my stay with breakfast included which was different from my original booking. I called them to request this and I was assured they are working on it and it will be emailed to me. I have not got the email to this date sadly. This was over a week ago, and when I tried to call them since they never picked up the phone. My trip was for business and paid by my employer, but without an updated receipt, I will have to accept that the breakfast will come out of my own pocket as I have to submit my claims for the trip and cant afford to wait any longer to get the rest of my money back. I know its ?only? £20 but for some of us its a lot of money ?

Love this hotel. Great accessibility for wheelchair users. Massive roll in wet room.Only issue is the loud pipes when other rooms use the tap, bit not enough to put us off.All the staff were great, but Marie on reception recognised us as stopping here before, which was lovely and made us feel very welcome.

The usual good clean accommodation.Hot through the night despite the heating controls.The noisiest room I've had yet! Snoring and many feet running around in addition to the toilet trips throughout the night, several heavy thumps.....Breakfast good, chaotically busy and spills left over the floor and counters.Yes I'd use them again though.Evening meal rubbish choices so I'll avoid that.

Clean, plenty of parking, great sized family rooms. Welcoming and friendly front of house. Nearby to lakeside shopping village and close to motorway access for the A1 and M62. Honest and friendly staff.Rooms: good size family roomsNearby activities: near local shopping outlet lakeside villageSafety: great for kids as safety controls on windows
