Absolutely brilliant chemist! I went with my daughter to get some advice on an issue and the pharmacy consultant (I think his name was Noel), was amazing. Very professional and patient. It was more thorough than any doctor I have visited lately.

It seems every Pickfords pharmacy has the same ethos. Poor service rude staff no stocks . plus they are full of lies. Bring back the independent pharmacist.

Went to pick up an urgent prescription for antibiotics and after waiting for 30 minutes to be served (the shop was empty) the rude lady told me I would have to wait for 3 day's as they have to order them. When I went back another wait to be served was told they wasn't ready and that I had to go back in 30 minutes as the pharmacist was at lunch not very good at all my mum ended up in hospital with pneumonia

Shame you can't give this place 0 stars, 40inutes to hand us a pack of antibiotics they have in stock, 5 staff on and still not a thing getting done. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Atrocious place. I only used it to receive a booked flu jab but as soon as I stepped into the shop the filthy carpet and ceiling tiles together with cobwebs gently swaying above the seating area gave me bad vibes. Who would put their trust in a pharmacy that can't even keep its premises clean?Three people in front of me in the queue, each were collecting prescriptions and each one was told that some of it wasn't available. No explanation of why or when the missing items would be in.My appointment finally took place 30 minutes after it was meant to, in a room barely big enough for one person let alone two. No explanation why they'd had me waiting so long. And then it turned out I'd wasted my time anyway as they "didn't have the right version of the vaccine in for me". Well why not tell me that when I booked it in the first place??The place is a complete shambles.

I ordered my prescription online as usual Nd waited and waited only to be told when my daughter went to enquire that its now a 7 day wait. It was always 48 hours . I wasnt informed of any change and all I got was an answering machine when I phoned. The service hS gone down hill since Pickfords took over. I'm definitely changing your another pharmacy.
