Worst dealer ever:) my car got broken and is in warranty but they don't want to provide a hire car because they didn't check the car. Now I have to wait more then 10 days until they will check the car and see if is going to be fixed fast or have to give me a hire car. Bad service on the phone I called them 4 times and every time they told me we will call you back...never called me back. TERRIBLE COMPANY do yourself a favour and stay away from them Update: car was checked on 6th of March but they dont have the parts to fix it . Part was arrived on 22nd Of march but now they dont have time to put the part until 3rd of April...

My name is Sam, I purchased a scoda vrs over the moon with my new car. The salesmans name was roy. He was one of the nicest people you could ever meet he went above and beyond and bent over backwards for me. He was running backwards and forwards for information. This is the 3rd car I have bought from perrys in 3 years all have been fantastic, big thank you to the guys at perrys .

Order a part, pay for a part, but but they aren?t fitting it for their hourly rate.Wait a month and still nothing. Not even a call back when enquiring where the part is.Very clever guys, would you like me to nip in with £500 tomorrow for you to fit it? Bet it miraculously appears then.My advice to get parts delivered, be a little old lady who needs her car to pick up her meds, they?ll probably fit a few more bits on your old corsa too cos they can smell your desperation.

Saw the car advertised on ebay, contacted them for more information. A lovely lady called Tiff Lyons emailed me straight back, from there we had several calls & emails. We made a deal on my part exchange & purchased my new car over the phone (without even seeing it). On collection day I was not disappointed, i loved the car!! Tiff had all paperwork to hand & just needed my signatures. Everything went smoothly with my part exchange, no unnecessary haggling about the price & Tiff even sorted how to retain my private plate. Really happy with the service given & communications was always helpful, would definitely recommend.

We recently bought a car from Perry's in Doncaster and the whole experience was professional and seamless from my first enquiry to delivery. We were moving from "ICE" to electric which can be daunting but Jayson was patient and knowledgeable. He happily arranged a test drive in two different models and managed to negotiate a first class deal on the car we finally chose, his communication was first class and at no point did we feel pressured. We were left to make our decisions in our own time.I would Highly recommend Perry's and Jayson in particular.Many thanks for all of your help

From visiting the show room in Doncaster, to the collection of my car, I experienced such exceptional service. Scott my Salesman was friendly, helpful, supportive and very professional. He went through things with me throughly and he was very efficient. Scott also called me a week after I purchased my car to check how everything was going with it. He said if I was to experience any problems, that I could call him any time. Thank you Scott for all your hard work
