Checked in by an attentive young man who deserves a raise for his demeanour alone.Coupled with a wonderful experience in care.making for an Absolutely outstanding experience overall.Besides saving my father?s life over the new year .looking after my mother taking good care of her, getting heard and given wonderful advice.Then Helping me today,It?s with a great sense of gratitude I say thank you to all the staff and team.Keep up the excellent work .Thank you .

Started rings them at 8am did answer made 372 phone calls ended up not getting an appointment.

Just tried to book an appointment here,I'm 71and been told by a couldn't care less receptionist no appointments today, you'll have to phone in the morning at 8amWhat an awful attitude

Just spoken to the rudest receptionist ever. Did not listen to a word I said, did not deal with my query and obviously could not wait to get me off the phone. Just wish I had heard her name at the start of the ?conversation? so I could take my complaint further.

Avoid this surgery they are cleners here not doctors .. Ring at 9am no more slot available for the day, next day 8:03 no more space. The reception make difference from English people and immigrants.. bemeati bota de ordinari

Absolutely useless I went for my booster jab for covid and I've been rejected by the vaccination people when I turned up as they disputed my eligibility. I was then asked to ring them up to which you can't get through at all
