Never no staff on tills takes longer to get served than do the shopping shocking

I?m genuinely disappointed by the level of customer service I experienced during my recent visit. One employee in particular, Alison, was notably unaccommodating. When I politely asked if we could redeem a scratch card, she responded with visible annoyance, rolling her eyes and making us feel as though we were an inconvenience. We hadn?t expected such hostility over a simple question.What was even more troubling was her behaviour toward a delivery driver who arrived to collect groceries. Alison appeared visibly agitated and, while assisting me, made a remark suggesting she would ?hit him with the bags.? I?m unsure whether he heard, but both my friend and I certainly did and we found it very inappropriate and unprofessional. It?s disheartening to witness this kind of conduct from someone in a customer-facing role. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I sincerely hope it?s addressed.

Clean organised well stocked store, hot food and fresh salad bar really good worth a try.

Christmas shopping today 22/12/24 at Morrisons Balby was utter nonsense.
The following complaint was not a result of the MORE card glitch!
I will never shop at this store ever again!
Your clever higher management have decided that the Company policy to replace tills and conveyors plus staff and wage reduction in favour of self service machines.
There were at least over 100 trolleys in the queues down aisles and up aisles and then down more aisles since 10.30 this morning. We eventually were served at 13.00.
Domino effect of people jumping queues and an offending couple reducing your supervisor to tears after barging in and refusing to join the queue are the direct result of your staffing and service policy. Shame on Morrisons!
Never again!
Your management on site must be rubbing their hands with sales figures and their annual bonuses but the majority of people in these queues were extremely dissatisfied with your firm and I doubt whether they will ever shop here again!
Poor vision and policy from your Company!
Only 6 tills for a store this size is ludicrous.
I will now shop at Aldi or Asda from now on after 28 years of loyal Morrison shopping!
NOT ENOUGH TILLS TOO MANY SELF SERVICE MACHINES.
I will never EVER shop here again.

The lady working on the self serve tills (just now) was possibly the most unhelpful, miserable shop ?assistant? I?ve ever met. I smiled and asked for a carry bag (which she was clinging onto for dear life, miles away from the tills thus delaying the ease of self serve). It was handed to me with palpable distain for my request. Then on asking her very politely and with a smile, would she authorise my ?over 18?s? purchase clearly hated the process of having to walk. Then on leaving I tried to say ?goodbye? in a cheery manner. Her response was both ineligible and done with pure negativity. Don?t put unhappy people facing customers. I use this store almost daily and everyone else working in this area are lovely.

Had 4 offers. Flora 2 for £2 charged £5.
Listerine £2.50 charged £3.75.
Cheese biscuits £1.25 charged £2.
5% off beer no discount.
I always check my receipts when I get home not everyone does. Morrison?s quids in.
The offers are quite prominent but not deducted at till.

They partake in the too good too go program which sounds good except me or no one I know has ever got one as as soon as you order on be it grocery, bakery or cafe they cancel it, so I don't know why they lie if there not gonna actually do it
