Two stars only because lady on Customer Service desk was extremely patient and understanding.
I bought £40 worth of meat to prepare food for my cats. The next day, the meat I kept in the fridge had gone bad, despite proper storage. This is the second time I?ve had a similar issue with Morrisons?s meat.
The refund process was very inconvenient ? I had to return home, search through the bin for the original packaging, and bring it back to the store because the receipt and the spoiled product alone were not enough. This was unpleasant for both me and the staff member who had to handle the smelly packaging.
That experience cost me time and fuel.
I would not recommend buying meat here; local markets offer fresher and more reliable meat products.

Best place to do shopping

A small shop but main thing was popping to the café for a bite to eat. Surprisingly good. Falafel salad. Free hot drink refills. Will definitely consider Morrisons when wanting a simple meal option.

Visited the cafe whilst away with work.
Avoid the cafe.
Dirty tables
Dirty cutlery. I even asked if they had some clean ones out the back and the ones they brought out the same
All feels very depressing.
One poor guy serving the till and struggling to keep on top of clearing tables. Wiping them doesn?t happen.
Not holding out much hope for the food?.

Not sure what's happening to this place, empty shelves, they close salad bar early, often hard bread on offer
Just editing my review, had to nip in and empty shelves again but one thing struck me, walked past delu counter and woman on there was talking about booking to go away, half hour later she was still there talking and doing no work, no wonder so many Morrisons are closing

Still think the lack of tills with cashiers is an issue as people still use them and they are getting busier with the run up to Christmas

My wife and I decided to have a Christmas dinner this year we have had one previous I have had to put one star review but it should be a no star review but you can't proceed if you don't put any,I believe Morrison's cafe has gone down hill what a disappointment the Christmas dinner came out it was stone cold I asked the lady at the till to take it back and warm it up and she did it was brought out warmed up but I tried to cut the carrots and it was that hard it jumped off my plate when I tried to cut it the potatoes were like glue and it looked dried up I asked them to take it back it was disgusting when I told the lady at the till she said I'm not surprised if you saw the state of it in the back it will be the last time we will ever be going in Morrison's cafe it used to be a good Christmas dinner there what a big disappointment Morrison's need to pull there socks up and get this sorted otherwise there will be no customer's at all.

Like any other Morrison shop. Staff are very nicely huge carpark. Fuel station is nice benefit as well

Nipping in for bits and bobs? Forget it, you get charged 50p extra per item unless you sign up to a Morrisons card.

There was only 2 people on in the cafe. They were rushed off there feet. One cook and one man on the till and doing everything else. I always said I would not go back to Morrisons on York road. This was the last straw Jürgen, get your rotas done properly

Went for a few items. Bought them and wanted to take them to the car to off load them without having to buy a plastic bag which would have ended up in a landfill. The car was 20 yards away. I was told by an overzealous security guard that i wasn't permitted to take the basket out (the only store of any brand where I've ever experienced this). I made my case but he wasn't interested, he preferred to lose Morrisons a customer. I can only assume local customers regularly steal baskets. I didn't like the inference and i wont go to a Morrisons store again, anywhere.

you never restock your stuff you never check the dates of food most of the time it's off or you buy it and it goes off the next day it's not on at all tbh you need shutting down you never have meats in it's always empty it's a joke it needs sorting out

Might I suggest you bring back the 10 items or less check out for people of a certain age, I refuse to use the self checkout, quite often I only have a few items but I have to wait sometimes 15 - 20 minutes for customers with large shops to be served,
