Needed a letter from a gp to prove my disability so I could get a rail card and they told me I wasn't disabled enough even tho I got one last year

Can never get throu to them on the phone shocking service even tried to call the doctor while I?ve been in the doctors and never rings shocking so annoyed as this is what it?s come down to will be looking into changing but this is my nearest one rude staff whoever I spoke to today need to be looked into more this shouldn?t even be running if they can?t even pick up any phone and clearly let?s it just ring out

Moved to Moorends in September 2021, have still not been able to speak to a GP to authorise my insulin so I have to fill in a slip for medication instead How Can a GP not have 5 mins to authorise medication I depend on to live.

The doctors and nurses are ok but the lady's on reception are disgusting.In 3 weeks trying to make an appointment they answered 3 times and telling me they don't have appointments available. If is emergency go to hospital.Rubish service.
