Where do I start.....
They advised a carpark 10 minute walk away from there hotel.
Room wasn't great,
Tv didn't work. Girl on reception did try a few different remotes. When asked if we could move to a room with a working TV she said they were fully booked.
Few cobwebs, 4 screws standing out on wall, could be nasty if you fell onto wall.
Tea n coffee in room.
Bathroom was lovely.
We stayed New years Eve. Couldn't get into carpark they said to use on New year's day. So I wouldn't advise using Civic carpark if its a bank holiday you are visiting.
I did phone mercure to see if they could help with getting car out of carpark, I'm still waiting for them to call me back.

I came here for one day for business and what a lovely greeting by the staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. The location isn't ideal as they have no parking but it's only a quick 5 minute walk

Great room, good service. Right in the centre of Donny, so as to be expected, it's a bit noisy on a Saturday night. They do put earplugs in your room if you need them!

3rd time we have stayed here (girls nite out). Rooms are clean,large and comfy. Bathrooms recently refurbished so clean. Ideally situated for town/night life we had rooms on front of hotel and we slept well don't hear any late night noise. Staff are nice x polite .

outside was a nightclub that played music so loud I thought I was at a festival and the room standards so low I wished I was in a field as that would have been more pleasantRooms: Rooms extremely poor see pictures above. Really great stay. Came and stayed over night for the races. I was able to drop my bag early in the day and then was taken to my room by the time I returned. My room looked like it had recently been refurbished and was sport on. A good breakfast too. The location is great for the centre of town.
