Attended the chemist to have my Covid-19 booster vaccination. I want to say a massive thank you to the pharmacist who administered the injection. I?m slightly needle phobic and I?m happy to report I didn?t feel a thing. Pharmacist is clearly a pro \\u0026 has perfect technique! Thank you so much ?

I would give this pharmacy a zero rating but I can't. This Pharmacy has gone downhill in my opinion. The customer service is shocking, there are way too many people in the dispensing area, I've gone into withdrawal from my antidepressants twice now as they haven't got them in. I understand that they are stressed out but Mr McGill never ran the pharmacy this way at all. Coupled with the fact you now have to pay for delivery and the fact that my prescription is never fully completed and the fact no-one ever answers the phone it's just a really appalling pharmacy and I don't see it getting any better any time soon so it looks like I will be going elsewhere for my medication unfortunately as I just can't keep being put in withdrawal.

This place is best avoided if you have regular repeat prescriptions as for the last few months each of my meds(and I get a lot) has come with the same expiry dates for the last FIVE months, and some very short dates like 2 or three months. It's ridiculous and as I reach each date the meds have to be thrown away. And I Still have to wait a week for it too.!

Poorly organised, lose prescriptions, that were sent electronically by the Scott Practice, had to wait 20 mins while the staff looked in the numbered boxes, to me mine were not even dispensed by the pharmacist, otherwise they would have found them. Such a poor service from them.

The shop in dunsville Doncaster is a disgrace, Full of staff but never answer phone, I?ve even been inside shop when phone rings and nobody acknowledges it! Terrible service

Always the same over complicate things.... Constant bad attitude from receptionists on both pharmacy's.... Its beyond a joke! A simple process of buying a prepaid card is an exhausting task, because the idiots behind the counter have about as much common sense as a sloth!

Really bad service staff are rude and won't answer the phones tried phoning all morning desperate for medication no replyUpdate refuse to answer telephone the telephone rings and then is disconnected will be changing chemist.
