Added to my food delivery was a 1.5 litre of pop. The food arrived but the bottle of pop did not. KFC Thorne have so far failed to respond, I would like a full refund or they can send me the same order for feeanother day.

DON?T ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALD?S, I ordered Mcspicy burger and the patty tasted like some expired chicken , it was so disgusting! Employees taking way too long to make food and also done like 4 mistakes with my drinks. Instead of 4 fantast I got in return cups filled with waters. Another one , there?s this one crippled old lady cleaner who goes around and coughs everywhere, just now I?ve seen her picking up some old cup from the bin area , drinking it , and putting it rife beside a table. Avoid this place

went xmas eve morning at 6:30to drive through , nice double sausage meal, no napkins given though have they stopped them also no asking if i wanted sweetner or sugar for coffee or anything else for that matter, its the little things mcdonalds.

Been revamped it's absolutely rubbish had to tell staff about screws poking out of wood so no kids or adults get hurt ! Taken all kids laptops out the waiting area has been made smaller it's absolutely terrible won't be using this restaurant again in a hurry!

After the new make over it's not the best. Service takes too long. They keep getting orders wrong. The tables are hard to sit on and uncomfortable.

Spent ages downloading stupid app then making my order got reference number arrived and had to start my order all over again. CLUELESS STAFF HORRIBLE PLACE TO PARK STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS ONE. ENDED UP WRONG ORDER EVEN THOUGH THEY TOOK IT AT TILL WORST PLACE TO GET OUT OF IN SUNDAY MORNING. YOU GET YOURORDER FASTER IF YOU WALKED TO GOOLE

After a recent upgrade this McDonald?s has definitely improved. Food ordering much simpler plus more seating. Still a problem with a small car park out plenty of space in the big retail outlet car park.
I?m glad they finally upgraded internally. Much better

I didn?t think it was possible but they have managed to make the place worse. The service is terrible, a woman who was stood near me was watching her food getting cold while a member of staff took her sweet time getting drinks and straws which took a good few minutes.
The new layout makes the area where you wait for your order feel more crowded. I can only assume that the object of the exercise is to cram more seats in.
I would give zero stars if I could.
