literally every time I go through the drive through at the moment they prioritise just eat and deliveroo. can be waiting half an hour at times. and it's worse because you chase it up once and it's suddenly ready in 2 minutes. you shouldn't have to do that.
food is obviously fine but the service is pretty poor at the moment.

Bad service..The manager was not helpful as we needed more sauce on our burger because it was dry with less mayo.They refused to fix the problem very bad for the business to have such staff who doesn't care about the customers.

I placed an order on the mcdonalds app and the order arrived missing items. I called the store to complain and they were dismissive and unhelpful, i'm claiming the money back through my bank and won't order from here again.

I have Ordered multiple times from this Mcdonalds, they never get the orders right, food is always stone cold. always missing something. Went into the mcdonalds a few times and they never seem in a rush always take ages to recieve my orders. I will not be ordering or returning to this Mcdonalds. Definitely need better staff.

I've had just about enough of this McDonald's it's definitely the worst in Doncaster and the staff never put sauces in weather it's a order or a collection. It is just laziness as it says on the receipt or order them and they just can't be bothered and they always do it every single time. If I had 50p for everytime I ordered and my sauces weren't there I would be a multi millionaire by now.. there hasn't been a time when they have included my sauce and in the store staff are rude and ignore you and too busy play fighting and poking each other to serve you on the till or give you the missing items from your order it's shocking don't you understand?? And also from now will just go to KFC or elsewhere because it's beyond a joke and really annoys me everytime and such a unprofessional place

Cold food. Poor quality food .staff apathetic and no people skills .more interested in delivroo orders than in resteraunt. Environment cold .aircon full blast on a cold evening .if there was an option for minous stars .I would have given them .
