Really wanted a McDonald's today been shopping (Sunday 2.00pm) it was busy and you had closed upstairs off I asked why and I got told we just close it on a Sunday? What's the point the place was busy but nowhere to sit. In the end I left went to burger king in the French gate. The tables that did come empty was having to be cleared by customers. It was disgusting. You think I were paying nearly 10 pounds for a meal where I have to clean a table before I can sit down to eat. It's a shocking system of service you have in this place I'll never come back again

Went on 5/12/2024 at around night time with my fiancé service was good other then the collecting display numbers was not working .
Had some entertainment when the kids started cleaning the floor and got free ice cream in return .
Never had any problems with this McDonald's other then the kids and teen coming in and being very rude to the staff members.

Food was decent, a bit of a chaotic restaurant atmosphere. Staff came across as unprofessional with some of the loud conversations they were having on the counter which can obviously be heard by customers and some of which wasn?t professional. Upstairs was nicer and toilets were clean.

I visited for several time before was absolutely great but tonight I was completely disappointed,and I still can't believe that how much the lady with glasses one and the manager was rude and they had very bad attitude,
I tried to order my food as always, the lady with glasses on was talking with her colleague front of tills which was out of her working hours ,and her face wasn't happy when saw me I'm waiting for her to come take my order and she really didn't like to come take my order when saw my face and when I felt that I said very kindly to her (Take your time ) I tried to be nice to them and let them to take their own peace and let them to talk finish then come to take my order SO unfortunately instead she said you came across rude to me !!?and I said no until understood wrong I tried to be nice to u both but she said because before they had bad customers with bad attitude so she said I thought I felt automatically you came across to me rude .
She should say sorry or apologise but she didn't and the manager came ,I think called (Lonela) ,she made more worse however she should have enough experience for this kind of situation to make it better and u should never judge people by face because when they looked at to me they thought I am wrong guy but let me tell u here something I always fully for all people doesn't matter what nationality they are or ....
I am Sorry but really want to hear back from head office for future action.
And also she said I am not gonna take order and I want u to leave my restaurant and she called police, she was trying say I am wrong and scared of police but I said happy to come find out so unfortunately about 10 minutes was waiting to come and they haven't so I decided to leave and what they said to aw You are scared ,the police on the way that's why u are leaving and I said ok don't worry I will have look into it so please if can access your CCTV check in and see who was a wrong and who started this argument happened .
Massively appreciated if you check your CCTV to find out who was wrong .

Visited today and was disappointed with the service I was given. I ordered a toffee latte with my rewards points having already got my meal so ordered it to the table. 20 minutes and I still hadn't received it. Having finished my meal and actually ready to go with no drink I chased it up. It was sat on the side forgotten about and they even had to make a fresh one. I don't think they would have ever brought it up to me.

This is the worse McDonald?s I have ever been to!!! Extremely dirty! I placed an order on the machine, didn?t get a receipt, was asked to get it at the counter, I got there, the lady told me number 53(never gave me a receipt) I was waiting for my order, until I saw the guy packing my order and he called order 88.? Got the order, it was so cold! Fries wasn?t looking like a large one. Got upstairs all tables dirty! I had to get a rag from the trash counter to wipe my seat off. Horribly disgusted!
