Called here today and as we always do used the scan and shop app. We noticed that we were clearly being watched by the security guard while doing our shopping. We always use Apple Pay and pay for our shopping on the app before attempting to leave the store as we did today when walking out we noticed that the security guard was stood on the door and to say he made us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed was an understatement. Please retrain this security guard on how the app works and not to semi approach customers when he has no clue what he is doing. This will be reported to HO too as this should not be happening !!!!! Retrain this guard asap before he ends up in a court case !!!! Food hall great as always but let down by an incompetent security guard !!!!

CALLED HERE TODAY AND WE ALWAYS USE THE SCAN AND SHOP APP WHENEVER WE VISIT A MARKS BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE SECURITY GUARD HERE NEEDS TRAINING ON HOW TO NOT EMBARRASS CUSTOMERS WHO USE THE SCAN AND SHOP APP !!! WE ALWAYS PAY BY APPLE PAY BEFORE WE WALK TOWARDS THE EXIT OF THE STORE AND TODAY WE WERE MADE TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE BY THE SECURITY GUARD AS HE WAS CLEARLY UNAWARE OF WHAT TO DO !!! RETRAINING REQUIRED HERE ASAP !!!

Had a lovely experience today in Marks and Spencer in Doncaster centre. We were treated by the most friendly member of staff I have ever encountered. I think he was a meet and greeter/security. He was wearing a green top and was so lovely and friendly.

A special thanks to Amy and especially Claire for helping me pick out some flowers for my girlfriend came in unsure what to get and Amy brought Claire to my assistance, she was honestly wonderful made a bouquet of flowers in front of my eyes truly an amazing worker. My girlfriend loved the flowers so a special thanks to you guys.

I visit the store regularly and the unisex toilets are not very clean, last Saturday they were absolutely disgusting, the floor was covered in urine and the smell was rank, people were walking out in disgust. I reported to a member of staff and she said the toilets were checked regularly, whst are you going to do about this, people expect better

RACIST staff. Visited 19/05/24 around 12pm at the Doncaster branch near Frenchgate. I hadn?t booked an appointment, but I thought I?d ask if they had any cancellation for a bra fit or if they could kindly squeeze me in. The lady in charge of that department came across very unfriendly and said no and she fully booked and to go and book online for another day. Anyway, I went to try on some bras, whilst in the changing rooms, someone also asked the same question and the lady in charge without any hesitation said that she could squeeze her in, she was in the next cubicle to mine and I felt so disgusted. I can?t believe M&S hire staff like that.

I?ve always popped into M&S when visiting Doncaster.
Since the closure of the large M&S in Hull has meant a trip to York for anything other than food, it has always been a bonus to have this one in Doncaster. I?m sad to hear that it will soon be closing.
This M&S is a good size and very well laid out although I often end up going out of a different door when leaving the store as it straddles the corner of 2 roads.
Good choice of clothing here and the Food Hall is excellent-fresh food is well presented, shelves well stocked and a good range of Free From products.
Upstairs there is also a cafe although I haven?t used it in a while.
Good quality products across the store.

The staff are a disgrace talk behind customers backs its no real surprise this store is closing staff need re training in customer service skills

Other staff members on the food hall telling lies about customers and top management covered up my complaint about there staff members what comes around goes around always remember 2 sides to a story !! ?

I have ordered Christmas food as I have a Christmas party I have spent £50 on it and paid it however I have been in store to get the date for when it?s meant to be arriving as I have really bad memory and got treated like rubbish he spoke to me and my nana like we didn?t belong their and made us rush he was pointing and yelling at us. As he couldn?t tell us the date for when it?s meant to be arriving and said we haven?t ordered anything which leads me to be £50 short. I will never be ordering food here ever again
