The atmosphere is proper chilled, the staff are really friendly and welcoming.

We ordered our drinks through the app. They arrived and 2 out of the 3 drinks were wrong so had to go to the bar and sort that out. Then the food arrived, I ordered 2 all day breakfasts, the portion sizes were ridiculously small, it was for my husband and 14 year old son. There was enough for a small child. I didn't want to complain as I'd already had to get the drinks changed. Instead, I went and ordered some toast to go with the breakfast as there really wasn't enough. I don't think I will be returning.

Witnessed a lady going nuts about a full fat coke(over nothing)? beth managed to deal with it very well, de escalating the issue quickly and peacefully by offering alternatives and ushering her away to make the experience perfect for my family.

It?s a lovely pub to be in but it?s really quite the staff are really nice but I spent atleast nearly 50 pound and the food was cold I ordered a burger and the menu says it comes with chips and a side of gravy I had atleast 5 chips on my plate and the side of gravy was a small blob on my plate it?s wasn?t presented nicely and the actual burger bun was solid it looked like it was just thrown on and then my sister found a hair in her food and here?s always came to the table cold I don?t like to say things like this but I?m sorry I had to

Myself and daughter plus granddaughter went for lunch ,the mix grill was not hot ,chicken raw inside,I told staff with no apologies and offered just 2 sausages !!,we shall not be going there again .

We were in a rush and the staff were so helpful rushing our order and giving us to go boxes so that we could catch our train. Very helpful and friendly service. A great spot if you?re looking for a bite and a drink at Donny station
