I ordered before Christmas around £50 worth of snowfairy gear when my package arrived it had been packed wrong by a lass named Gabriella with some body else?s receipt inside with a complete different order of one £10 karma perfume that was tiny been trying to get through to someone since the 19 of December almost a month without a reply or a resolution photos and videos also sent over email to prove.

We were at lush yesterday afternoon for my daughters 9th birthday party.. it was fantastic from start to finish the two hosts Lucy and Mandy were absolutely brilliant and made it so much fun for the girls and me and mum. Highly recommend. Thanks ladies x

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I always get a bit bamboozled by all the black pots with no idea where to start when looking for things, but the staff are always approachable and their to help. Love their hand cream bars and now looking forward to trying their orange shower scrub ?

I was looking for a present for a friend. The lady in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I ended up buying a rose scented wrapped gift set for my friend, and I got a free sleeping beauty mask to try for myself! You can support charities as well for a pound, in exchange I got a paw printed body lotion sample to try! Thank you for the lovely experience!

Today I went to lush and was greeted in such a lovely way - it?s always a wonderful experience at frenchgate lush and I always feel welcome and able to ask any questions I have about products!\\nI was helped by Lucy L and to say she was helpful would be an understatement. Such a kind, helpful lovely lady and she helped me make some tough decisions on what products to buy. Today was the first experience me and my daughter had of lush and the lady that dealt with us was lovely as is my daughters bday at weekend so I wanted to treat her and the member of staff bought her a bath bomb for her bday as never been in before which I thought was a lovely touch they went above and beyond definately recommended and will be back thank you xx
