It's a Lidl, fairly busy but they quickly opened more tills when a que formed. Staff polite.
Lost a star due to the gaps on the shelves. Seems to be common now regardless of the store that you visit and seems to be for the same items everywhere.

I've just done a shop at Lidl, for the first time. The store was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
As for cost and quality, both were excellent.
Now down to the serious bit. I'm disabled and the only way I can do a full shop is on my mobility scooter, I have to pick straight into my bags. So I did have the security guard keeping a close eye on me, and I don't blame them at all for that. Then I get to the till and the only way that I can manage is to put the bags on the conveyor and hope that the cashier doesn't mind emptying them and filling them back up again.
The security guard saw me struggling and came to help. As the cashier rang my items through the security guard helped me pack them.
All I can say is bravo. Excellent service, excellent all round. They will definitely have my custom in future.
10/10 in every department.

Please update Saturday time for opening hours. We went there 8:50, assuming it closes at 10 pm, when it turned out it closes at 9 pm (which is correct on the front door, but not on the internet). The place was full, as other people assumed as well it closes at 10. Imagine making the clean up for the end of the shift when the store is still full and scanning items in the last minutes. Once opening time corrected, I delete this 1 star review.

I found a blonde women rude on the till rushing me and tuting. I would probably would have said something if I had more time. To the manager sort staff out we paying customers and as your staff want respect from the public you should offer the same in return
