“Called in yesterday to chose a mother’s day gift. Had to queue a while as they were very busy which was to be expected, lady who was greeting customers (sorry didn’t catch her name) was lovely and came over and had a chat with us while we waited to be served. Elisha who served us was fantastic. She was very patient with me while I kept changing my mind from wanting a thumb ring to earrings then to a different ring. She helped me in making my decision and although they were very busy she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She was very kind and professional. Thankyou!”

“I really enjoyed going to Claires in Doncaster today and today from Claires I brought the Hair Scrunchies that Me and my Mum were wanted to wear it for the cruise and the Claires staff were so helpful,kind and resectful and Me and Daddy manged to problem solve how much money is for the scrunchies to the Claires staff and a member of Claires Staff said to me " i like your T shirt " and I said to the Claires staff " thanks " and I sawed the hair accessories, claires club and many accessories in claires in Doncaster and I think this shop is amazing because Claires is located next to the glass lifts and I really enjoyed to Claires today and I wish i want to go to Claires again and I had a nice time at Claires today.”

“Big Thank you to the lovely Laura in the Doncaster Frenchgate store, I’ve been looking for a particular ring which I originally purchased in the sale online, however due to a error online, my order was cancelled, Laura managed to find the same ring (a few sizes bigger) from another store and had it transferred over, arranged for it to be resized and honoured my original sale price.
