Brought nike max training pants and within the first couple of times waring them band snapped and the pocket stitching has came out meelaning where my right hand pocket should be is a massive hole, jd refused to acknowledge or compansate. I have used jd for years but over this last year the quality and durability of clothes is shocking and the customer service is practically zero, i will no longer be using jd period.

Great service from Sophie todayWent to the French gate store and no one could be bothered to help felt like I was a burden came to the Wheatley store and Sophie whet above and beyond to help me with a item that was not in stockThanks for that Sophie ???After a great service I?m sorry to have to edit the reviewSo the order that came was the wrong colour no problems with that returned the item were the MANAGER. Served me to tell me the refund for the delivery can only. done via customer service ,called them only to be told no it?s store that has to do it went back in and dealt with the team leader who sorted it in 3 minutesI suggest giving the team leader the managerial position !

Purchased a hoodie and got home and noticed a mark on it so went to return it. Got back to the shop and they said they wouldn?t be able to refund or exchange it since the lady at the desk didn?t notice the mark. I?m not sure how that?s my problem since I didn?t notice the mark either. When I got back home with the hoodie I called and the manager was not helpful at all and said that she spoke to the woman that served me and she said that since she didn?t notice the mark it can?t be refunded since it ?wasn?t in the condition I bought it in? even though no one wore it and since it was a present for my mum she doesn?t wear fake tan so wouldn?t of marked it. Not happy with the service at all and will no longer be using this JD.

Made the 1 hour 30 trip down after school to collect a pair of the black and white dunks for my sister . They refused to serve it me because I asked for 1 size bigger originally so they?d fit her better . I?m now out of pocket for the journey and left without my shoes .Staff are also vile and gave me disgusting looks . As a 15 year old school buy I?m disgustedHope you can have a chat with your staff about basic mannersThanks

The staff in this store are absolute muppets, I told myself 6 months ago on my last visit never again but popped in today and same old story. Waited around 20 minutes to check trainers stock (I'm a 30 odd year old bloke which puts you at the back of the q if any young pretty ladies walk in that get soon to immediately surprisingly) was told yes we have those in your size we'll put them behind the till so off I go. 10 minutes in the q to then be told oh we haven't got them for you yet stand to the side and we'll serve u as soon as they come out. 20 minutes later I enquired are they still not here? Oh sorry sir we didn't have your size after all. Absolute shambles, a bunch pubescent teens that couldn't organise a pss up in a brewery. Do yourself a favour, don't bother.

Ordered an item well over a month ago been trying to get a refund ever since. Seems to be a common issue with this company - poor customer service and items never arriving. Additionally, it tends to be overpriced and lacks much range of brands in store. I would not recommend this store/company.

Great quality store with a good selection of different brands. It's also situated in a retail park - meaning free parking, which is always a bonus.
