The reviews on all other review sites speaks volumes. Poor customer service and financial advice delivered by unqualified uncertified staff. My advice would be to bank elsewhere as we will be doing after 20 years plus as a customer.

Branch is open on Saturdays but counter service is closed, so it didn?t meet my banking needs. Giving more than one star because the few staff that were there standing around were very polite.

I went here in couple of weeks ago to try get a bank account and the blonde woman who had glasses was very disrespectful to me and refused to let me have a bank account. She just wasted my time and it just outrageous. So I just went to another bank and they allowed me to have a bank account and yet the HSBC Doncaster wouldn't let me have a bank account.

IMPOSSIBLE to contact ..... should have taken the reviews at their word. Numbers shown AND number I called, either none existent OR tapes asking me to key my account number + all the irrelevant garbage they spew out. I was purely trying to talk to someone over a new account - NEVER AGAIN !

On hold for nearly an hour, the lady who answered the phone went away to find some information and never came back. I would like to speak to someone at the branch not a call centre who can help me. I still haven?t got the information I wanted.

The contact service for HSBC is absolutely rubbish!! I have been hanging on the phone for 20 minutes, listening to inane music. I cannot get a number to speak to a person at my branch, I cannot find a way of emailing 'someone - 'anyone' to get some sense! I was promised an action would be dealt with on June 9th IF I waited 48 hours - It is now June 14th, the action has not been done and I still cannot speak to anyone......what is going on?
The website is a maze of irrelevant 'stuff' - the 'help' you get is from a virtual something or other who then shoots out a menu of non related topics for you to read..............shape up - this is not service!!
