Excellent service. The young man who fitted my wiper blades and new light bulbs was very helpful. I asked for advice on a brighter replacement bulb for my van and he explained the different light bulbs and I got the best price using my trade card.

Fantastic service, as I was able to get just what I wanted at a very competitive price, which was a battery with 5 years guarantee for my Hyundai ix 35.This was considerably less than other motor parts shops and saved me £65.00 with my discount.Such a pleasure to visit this store and be able to buy off the shelf and not have to order parts in.Thank you to the gentleman that served me.I will make future purchases from this store on the North bridge in Doncaster and recommend their services and excellent customer care and prices that are a lot cheaper than anywhere else.

Don't bother doing click and collect, there's a sign up as though it's a separate counter and when you've queued there they tell you to join the other queue , as though your a bit daft.

Once again I got rubbish service. After the last debacle I thought I?d pop to the counter to let them know I?d like a bulb changing. The man there said ok so I waited in the car. 25 minutes later and after knocking on the door and ringing the bell someone finally came out. The man who served me was very nice and was quick at sorting the bulb but honestly the customer service at this place needs sorting. If I had another place to get things like this done on the same day I?d use someone else!

Just have been to Halfords and had the problem with my dash cam sorted out. The guy explained what was the fault and he could sort it out and no need to buy a new one. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they don't rip you off. A big thank you

Halfords customer service is terrible. I purchased a cycle and some mud guards for my grandson's bike from their Doncasterstore. I wanted to call the store to ensure they would fit the mud guards when they built the bike. I called the store on the only number available (auto section).The lady that answered was not interested in helping, even though she was only about 20 yards from the cycle dept. I was told Call customer services. I did, and finished up speaking to a lady in Cape Town. She said she would call the store and get them to call me back. 15 minutes later I got a call from the Downpatrick store in Ireland!!!!!!. I called cs again and was told somebody from the doncaster store would call me. 90 minutes later, and no call. I called Cs again and finally got to speak to someone in the store. He said they will fit the mudguards, but I had purchased the wrong ones
I explained that when selecting the cycle, a drop down window appeared suggesting items to complement the bike, so I chose the mudguards recommended. Apparently I needed mountain bike mudguards and not the o es recommended. Safe to say, after this total debacle,I won't be using halfords ever again. I'll use a local cycle store where you can call them straight away without any problems/time wasting
