“Trying to Private Hire this venue on multiple dates. Onsite visit, emails, and multiple phone call follow-up's.Staff cannot follow up with management to confirm, meanwhile, rather than "provisionally" booking it and following up, they just forget, until you (the customer) have to chase - multiple times.Management seems to pick and choose when they private hire the venue out, no solid business processes in place, so customers aren't aware from the get-go when it is available. 1 rule for one customer, and 1 rule for another.From a venue perspective it has great potential but poor management and processes will catch-up at some point.------******------EDIT: I have been put in touch with Pete (Manager), who has explained some of the new processes, understood the miscommunication, and rectified our initial disappointment.”
