I was queuing up once I was served then I told her I had two parcels to pick up she never even said hello or good morning or good afternoon was not greeted how I would greet someone she asked me for my id then she threw it on the counter think shes new but That is not how to treat a customer there is always a line every time I go in they. They are rude not very friendly they are miserable and it puts me off going in there at times I have to because I have to pick up my parcels I don't get this in any other shops they are nice but I have reason for one star

Horrible, rude, racist staff.Ok with vaping inside the shop as long as it is their acquaintance who vapes.Unhealthy place from every point of view. Avoid.

Like to say the conversation I just over heard was supposed to be private but I heard it through headphones, homelessness is on the rise and the last thing people need to hear is blatant discrimination towards them to the point she had to apologise to a college who was previously homeless because of how disgusting the staments where.

I bought a lottery ticket and the rude lady argued she gave me it infront of a shop full of people when she had thrown it in a trash can on the counter..I received no apology or recognition of her rudeness n was just told "well that's a winner" and laughed it off!!??..

well I have been to GT News for the 1st time the one which is located in the Doncaster Frenchgate Bus Station that i sawed some food and drink that you can buy to take on the Bus with you. i had an nice time @ GT News.

Yet again this store has closed early. A lot of people depend on this store during their commute to and from work. 3/4 days this week alone. I dare say it will be 4/5 tomorrow

The staff are very rude to customers went in today with this virus they told me to stand 2 miters way from customers she told me she was very abrupt to me also you can get this virus thought touching things like food etc & drinks witch they should know that if they don't why are they wearing rubber gloves. Are the staff in there thick or something ?
