Seemed like forever to get served even though there were 3 staff on the counter, steak bake was cold even though the tray was almost full

Rude server yelled at us across the cafe at us. We chose our items, tapped the card and made to sit down. Unbeknown to us , (server never mentioned anything) the card needed to be inserted. The server bellowed across the restaurant "Are you going to pay for that!" In a very accusatory tone. We were not trying to steal anything, we were just trying to get breakfast and making sure our two boys were seated as well as pushing a pram and luggage. I suggest you give training on basic manners. "Excuse me Please!" Said at volume to gain our attention is fair enough. Followed by "Sorry, your card declined." In a normal tone would have resulted in a much smoother interaction.

It is absolutely disgusting the speed the workers work in this place. I waited 15 minutes just to put my items back as I had to go. During this time 2 workers left the building leaving one young girl alone to serve on her own while the queue was going out of the shop, even while other staff was there they did nothing to help get the queue down. Anyone would think it?s common sense to help get the queue down then leave but no clearly not here. The sausage rolls and pastries are always cold I wouldn?t recommend eating here it?s disgusting and I am appalled in the place.

I have to admit I called in here attracted by the breakfast special offer. Bacon sandwich and a nice cup of Coffee for £2.70 - Wow. Quick but friendly service and I elected to sit down and enjoy it. Had I been 5 minutes later, I may have missed out the "Quick" bit as it became more and more busy. Testament enough!!

The margarita pizza slices were almost cold, disappointing when their usually hot at other greggs we visited, if I visit again I'll be asking first.
