I use the takeaway service a lot and several times they forget certain things. Delivery drivers are rude and can't wait 10 seconds for me to answer the door (I am disabled) and often don't understand the simple 4 digits I have to provide to them. If you order a sausage roll as part of the drink deal, and order 3 separate sausage rolls, they will send you the pre-packed discount cold ones in a 4 pack but you don't get the discount. So essentailly you're paying more for a worse product.

Rude staff. I know it's christmas eve but it's the same every time at this one, don't visit this store often thankfully. Customers are left waiting unreasonably long at quiet times when I usually pop in, dread to think what it's like at busier times.

Service not so good today large queue aswell 1 young lady serving with other staff in the back talking. Not very happy ? Everyone needs a break but not all at the same time.
Parking: Plenty of parking as it's part of a large shopping centre.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair access.

There is nothing special about Gregg's but that's what makes it so good. It's relaxing, the staff are polite and efficient as it's busy when I go in usually workmen grabbing pasties, sandwiches and drinks or people like me too early for the shops. I had the Vegan Sausage Roll and a cup of tea. Which was warm and crispy. I also have the App so I can collect points for free stuff or get the offers. I got a free cake on my birthday. I love the place I've been to a few and the service is always good and the service the same ? I often buy the Greggs gift cards as birthday /Christmas presents. They go down a storm

This place could do with more cleaning, like floors and tables not good to go somewhere and have to clean your own table specially when covid is still about. I would have liked to sit in more often, but it needs to be cleaner. Nice that food is lovely and cheap for people when the cost of living is hard because people still need time out.Parking: The outlet as loads of places to park so you can go to the shop.Kid-friendliness: Kids love a good sausage roll ? ? they have a toilet too. Need some drawing paper and pencils so some parents can have 5 minutes peace.
