This is the main Greggs I visit as it's nearest to my work place and I pop in to pick things up for mainly my children, usually pizza. The staff here are always friendly and although it can get very busy at times they do their best to get the queue down as quickly as possible and ive never known myself to have to wait too...

Had one of their vegan sausage rolls, and it looked like it wasn't fully baked it was still white on the outside of the pastry, and it was also cold and hardened. The staff was quite nice and lovely, too bad they're super busy, if they could slow down and make sure food is properly cooked that would be nice.

One of the worse too tight they, bought cheese n tomato sandwich with the bare minimum cheese on top.
