Our experience in store as we are frequent visitors are that the staff are not happy. Bike supplies have got lower everything we go. Equipment can be quiet expensive for somethings and very good price for others.

Went to the doncaster store to look for a bigger tent. John assisted with looking for the perfect one, guving advice on what would be the best choices. Also gave us the comparison to the different style pegs you can buy. Even after purcahsing the new tent, he then went the extra mile and brought it to our car. All in all we are very thankful for the help and you are an asset to your company.

Came today to the rossington store to buy a tent found a bargain ex display. Due to it being near closing time and they had no staff my son and I decided to dismantle the tent ourselves. A absolute gem of a guy BEN saw us struggling when he was on his way out and helped us as we'd never done this before. An amazing kind hearted gent who definitely needs triple gold star praise.
