“A relaxed petrol and garage station. Some of the cheapest petrol prices in the local area and a well maintained, clean service station too. Although the goods such as snacks are very expensive.”

“After trying numerous places for calor gas, I called in this one on Sunday and the young lad was very helpful and closed to shop while he had no one waiting, so I could get some gas 5⭐️”

“As a full time wheelchair user, I find the garage very helpful, it saves me transferring into my wheelchair from the car and back in to refil my tank, the man that runs it is always helpful, even when I have cans to fill with kerosene he takes them out of the back fills them and puts them back in,we'll done!.”

“Well organised court and tidy store. Didn't see pay at pump and over night they want you to pay for the fuel at the pay window up front, but understandable at that time. Think there were 3 rows of double sided pumps and about a dozen car parking spaces to the side for those just shopping.”

“Prices are slightly high sometimes and it's difficult to judge when the displays regularly not on but same can be said for most garages these days. Staff are always polite, friendly and helpful and service is quick.”

“This 24/7 petrol station is by far my personal favourite. From the Costa express, to the array of stock it sells, through to the warm welcome of the owner, manager, and all the amazing staff who work here- (sadly the list is too long to name!)But, whereby each and every one of them go above and beyond to help & assist you with a friendly attitude.I never ever fail to leave this shop not smiling… or in deed laughing? - (thanks to Inara and Keith?!)All the staff are just a thoroughly genuine nice bunch of people who have been a real pleasure to have got to know over the years.Thank you guys !!This station also has a ‘Bun & Base’ on site which sell gorgeous burgers, Mmm ?… plus, more tasty treats like pizza ??… & again, more incredible friendly staff serving you!In short, everything you need is under one umbrella here thus, providing a positive experience.”

“Very busy staff very friendly good place to get petrol. They also sell sweets crisps chilled drinks, you can also buy sandwiches milk and other foods. Useful if you run out.”

“All automated station 6 pumps plus paid for water/air machine - usually competitive pricing - well lit but only single roof so limited shelter from wind and rain - by entrance to main supermarket so can be quite congested although better since second exit from main car park introduced”

“We had an issue with our tyres and this garage had the only working air machine. Yes you have to pay 50p, but it so easy too use. Clean and modern. Now too find new tyres ?”

“Came here to post my Evri parcels from Vinted as the shop in the Frenchgate had run out of receipts. They were friendly and helpful and the machine was actually easier to use as it has a camera to help you line up the QR code. I have been again since and will continue to go. Thanks! ?”

“Open 24 hours and it's in a fairly convenient place; they've also recently added contactless to some of the pumps. However it could stand to have an extra set of pumps to accommodate more cars, especially at peak times, and there's almost never any till roll on the pumps for receipts. I mostly use pay at pump, but when I have paid cash the staff are always lovely to deal with.”

“Sells the premium diesel that can be hard to find close in this area. Prices are higher than the rest but if your looking for premium fuel other than standard then this is probably the most cost effective place near the centre. Good location too as its just off the roundabout.”

“Nice service always. With one of the competitive price.But their pump automatically stops when my car is not filled (some other fuel stations deliver extra 10 mph worth fuel to fill my tank).”

“I called in for a coffee and used the toilet while travelling. The shop was very good and clean, just knocked a star off as the toilet was pretty grotty when I went in and could have done with a good clean. It was fine to use though so no issues other than that”

“For a used car dealer this place has some excellent vehicles in ranging from motorbikes to minis and specialises on prestige cars. Also owns the petrol station next door”

“Used the pay at pump. Was the first time I had used this. Gave you the option of authorisation of your bank card for £20, £50 and £100. Fortunately I was able to use the later one and was able to fill my petrol tank to the top as I was due to go to Wales a couple of days later. I had been concerned that I wouldn't be able to fill my tank with most garages having a cap on the fuel of £30. Normally only fill my tank once a month or every 6 weeks. Most garages in the area were out of fuel completely. So managed to let my husband know so he could refuel as well. A few days earlier he had driven over 20 miles to get £20 of fuel as that's all the garage would allow and he is an Emergency worker. He was driving on fumes. So thank you for not putting a monetary top on your fuel and allow people to fill there tanks if they needed to.”

“I’d just like to say a huge thank you to Natasha who went above and beyond for me this evening. Me and my family were visiting Yorkshire Wildlife Park for my son’s 4th birthday. We needed the tires pumping up on his new bike for him to open the next morning but discovered the air pump at the garage was faulty. Natasha tried to make it work but then went and got her own pump from her car. Thank you Natasha for helping making my son’s birthday a special one.”

“My friend solly owns this, his till assistant the young guy is friendly and welcoming, always greets you with a friendly smile , only downside is petrol costs more than gold”

“First time ive been to a Taco Bell, the wife works close by so has used this place for takeaway lunch a few times. Don't know why i haven't tried it before, never got round to it, we were on our way back from Whitby and diverted off for a quick bite. Had the quessedilla cravings box, quite tasty, filling, you get a bit more than takeaway apparently, eating in, cheese dip etc. Anyway, i enjoyed it, food is fresh prepared so a short wait, unlimited cold drink so you can fill yer cup and take out for the trip home! Staff were all friendly and helpful, their only failing was our table needed a wipe down, they were training one or possibly 2 new staff so that could be the reason for the oversight , it was only a few crumbs but still. Anyhow, i'd recommend it.”

“Only called in for £35 worth of fuel on July 25th at 15:40 but felt I must leave a review as the gentleman that was serving was one of the friendliest people I have been served by anywhere in quite a while.I will ensure I call back for a full tank next time.Credit where it’s due”

“Good variety in a large store, everything you need, food toys clothes. There is a cafe as well. Different ways to shop self check out, scan and go or use a till.
Be carefully of managers always stood around talking and blocking ailes.”
