Have only given 1 star as you can't leave it blank!!Booked my MOT through a 3rd party website and received a confirmation call from Formula One. Made a note in my phone and on the calendar so I didn't forget. Turned up this morning at 0920 as I believed my appointment was 0930. Guy, on the desk, informs me I am late as the appointment, according to them, was 0915. Tells me I'll have to rebook. They must have so much business that they can afford to treat customers this way! It's a joke. I have to add that when I arrived the car park had 3 other vehicles in it, as I walked in there were two staff members chatting over the counter and at least 3 others sat in the room behind, and bear in mind this was 0920 less than an hour after them opening. Think I'm more surprised than angry, and I certainly will not be rebooking the appointment !

So disappointed,,, I was there on time based on my appointment and they told me the appointment was not available and I had to be back by the next week.

I was a bit annoyed that I paid for my tyres on line, they gave me a time to go and have them fitted. When i arrived they knew nothing about it, he told me it would be tuesday before they could be fitted because he will have to order them. This is not good practice and I would like to know your feedback on this matter. The person who fitted the tyres was very polite and very professional in her work.

Why would someone clean the AC system of a car by using a chemical spray inside the cabin of the car in the 21st century is beyond me. Even I own an ozone generator.

I have booked my car's annual MOT inspection. After arriving, I was told that no one would do the inspection because the employee responsible for it was sick. I was not advised anything. The fact that I booked an appointment two weeks in advance doesn't mean anything. They advertise that they lower the price for the inspection. Not true. I was given a price without negotiation. I do not recommend. Time wasted. Never use this company again.
