1 star is too generous! Appalling customer service! Bought a floor with a lifetime guarantee which was recommended by the store manager, and fitted by one of their approved floor fitters/contractors. After a few weeks the floor broke along most of the click system ( joining mechanism). Of course I complained and asked for a refund, the store admitted their was a fault with the product and they have since withdrawn it, they asked me to go through the official channels and contact their customer complaints team.Flooring superstore refused to refund me and ignored several of my emails. I spent weeks collating evidence and sending them all the info they needed which proved I had purchased a faulty floor.The complaints team refused to call me back and they hung the phone up on me on 2 occasions.One of the customer service team called me annoying and told me to tell the courts about it because they were done listening to me.My floor is beyond repair and needs to be replace at my own cost! I have reported this company to trading standards.Many complains about this business can be found online.Please everyone, save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere for your flooring.

Where do I start. Bought a carpet and underlay they said their fitter would be in touch. After phoning them a week later the fitter rang saying they wanted an additional £45 for coming out to my house to measure up and to come back out to fit. So was told £140 by the store then was told £185 by the fitting company. In the end with no help from the store I had to find my own fitter which in the end was £100 all in. The carpet got delivered the day before the fitter was coming but have guess what happened, there was no underlay. The store was phoned basically was no help to the point they was ignoring our phone calls but answered the phone straight away when another phone was used to call them. They wouldn?t do anything to get the underlay to us other than saying well there is nothing we can do. We ended up having to cancel the underlay, but thankfully our fitter asked what type we had ordered and they provided it for us at a fraction of the cost the store charged us. Thanks to Aaron the Doncaster store what should have been a pleasant experience ended up be a nightmare

This is my second time ordering from Grass Direct. For my new property, this time round we visited the store in Doncaster Aaron was so helpful and polite whilst we was there and offered recommendations and what would be best to suit us. It was nice to see the grass on a larger scale (even though the free samples you can request are extremely helpful). This time we opted for a luxury grass instead of the budget grass we had the last time - we wanted a different look and it's not going to be in a main play area for the children so wanted something alot thicker. The quality of the grasses are super. aaron went above and beyond to help us and got us deal which was brilliant. I highly recommend this company for not only artificial grass but all of your flooring needs.

We had amazing experience of our visit in Flooring Superstore Doncaster. Arron was super professional and helpfull, explain us everything we asked for so made final decision in 30mins. Also they had amazing offer so we spent way less than we expected. Highly recommended!
