Lewis dealt with our purchase, it was great to have a continuous service with one sales rep rather than dealing with multiple people. Lewis made the process enjoyable, he was very informative and willing to go above and beyond to make us happy. 10/10 service, will not hesitate to recommend to others and likely to be returning customers in the future.

We bought a used Micra yesterday, fabulous experience from start to finish. Lewis was a (5) star salesman, polite and engaging throughout sale. No hard sell, just good information. Patrick has an excellent team and it was a really good atmosphere in the dealership.

This is a video of my wing mirror, Evans Halshaw says there is nothing wrong with it and won't repair it.More pictures on my Leeds branch review. Those are the after pictures of their high standard inspection..See this response :There is no fault with the wing mirror and has been checked. Breaking system again has been checked with no fault. I havent been given details of any paint defect? Was this pointed out when you purchased the car as the car is 6 years old and we do not market our vehicles to be perfect but are prepared to a high standard. Can you confirm where the paint issue is?I did point out but they returned it with no repairs at all..... It's the aftersales that shows who you can really trust.The response they refer to is that they won't do anything, they think this wing mirror is fine for people buying cars from them...nice.

I agree with the other reviewers. This place is disgraceful and the staff are beyond rude. Received a reasonable quote from the online car buying service so decided to pay them a visit. After some back and forth negotiation we physically shook hands and closed the deal only for the manager to come back afterwards, and start chipping the price again??? Very unprofessional. BUT...whatever you do don't question this...as you might dent the 'managers' ego and he will flat refuse to buy the car. This is what happened to us. I was polite and never rude. What a joke!! EvansHalshaw should seriously consider restaffing this place, no wonder it's in trouble. Time wasters. I sold the car 3 days later to BMW stratstone (same company as evanshalshaw) with no issues for the original quoted price which just proves my point.Interestingly this review disappeared from the reviews page, so I've copied it back in. Yes I keep track of them.

Feedback:Ed from Evans Halshaw Nissan Doncaster has been absolutely fantastic! He is the reason both my wife and I ended up deciding and successfully being able to lease a Nissan Qashqai. We initially had many complications, hurdles and challenges in applying for the lease. However, Ed and the services he rendered, going above and beyond to support us throughout the lifecycle of purchasing/leasing a car, every step of the way - right from the beginning to the very point where the car is delivered (he delivered the vehicle himself, driving all the way to our residence to drop off the car after hours!)- is the perfect example of how customer service should be. Every organisation/company should note that the care Ed showed goes a long distance and will prove pivotal into cultivating and fostering trust in the relationship between clients/customers and car dealers. Nissan was recommended to me for my Motability car, after I had been waiting longer than usual with my other garage. Oscar was absolutely amazing from the start and throughout the whole process, which took less than 3 weeks from ordering to getting my car delivered. Oscar kept me informed at every stage and I ended up choosing an electric Nissan Leaf. I absolutely love it, and will never go back to petrol. The team at Nissan Doncaster are very professional, helpful and go the extra mile for you. I will recommend them to everyone.
