Second Sunday in a row tried ringing and constantly on hold saying busy with other customers. Leaves you hanging for around half an hour then cuts you off. When you do get through it sounds like a central call centre when I just want to speak to my local branch.
Either get more staff or don?t bother opening on a Sunday if nobody can get through!

As a permanent wheelchair user it's not very good, I had to go all around the back of the estate to find a dropped kerb to get on to the front of the store!, it has disabled / wheelchair parking just at the side but with no signs how to get on the path. I had originally ordered 9 items for delivery but it hadn't come. So I looked online first before I went, and it said they had 3 of each items I wanted. Half an hour late, when I got in, they only had 1 item it was a waste of a trip, I was very disappointed with it, also there was a long wait in line to get served. Rubbish customer service, a job that was supposed to take 2 days with there 2 day delivery, ended up taking 8 days with me buying what I needed elsewhere!.

Girl on desk terrible attitude and customer service, refused to sell me oil flat out for my car even when shown paper work from dealership, she told the couple after that they should consider cycling when they scoffed at the price. Seems looking back over the reviews she is emboldened by the companies total lack of care in regards to her customer service.
