Went in as I needed a replacement sim card. Never had an issue in the past as My partner has had this account for about 10 years just with different products added. Was told can't give you a replacement sim because you have no ID,the attitude from the woman was disgusting. Wouldn't help at all. Yet when we call customer service they had the same information No ID and sorted it within 5 minutes. I guess since there was no sale therefore no commission existing customers don't count

As I didn't find where to leave feedback about EE itself, I leave my feedback here. I used to use different kind of phone companies, however I decided to have a new phone with contract, this is how I ended up at EE. I pay unlimited internet, with a phone I pay 140 £/month. I never have internet. It is not working, or extremely slow. When I make a phone call, I have to look for a spot in the house, where is signal. Obviously I stay with them, because of the contract, but after that I will never look back...

Absolutely unsatisfied with the service that I received during the weekend, I visited this shop for the first time to help one of my friend to buy a phone as he is not speaking english asked me to help him, but one of the sales assistant prevented giving services to us and said they do not sell anything to people who are not speaking english and have someone translating for them!!!

I went to EE store in Frenchgate Shopping Centre in Doncaster Town Centre in South Yorkshire and I got an upgrade and got the Android Mobile phone that I wanted and change my EE pay monthly Tariff for my EE mobile phone account to 125GB Data, unlimited messages and unlimited minutes. Great deal!!!

On Tuesday last week I went in to your Doncaster branch and was shown to a seat and help by a young man called Darcio who was the most helpful lad,he went through everything with in a language I could understand and got me sorted in no time,you have got a great member of staff to be proud ofBest wishes Pam.
