I went to the Brierley Hill Dulux decorator centre today and was served by Maggie. I wanted to say how much I appreciated the excellent service Maggie provided. Maggie was a great help with giving me advice regarding the correct paint choice, she was very knowledgeable, positive and friendly.
Her attention to detail, great communication skills, and ready smile made the experience even better than I expected. I was very impressed with her customer service.

Hi ?? just wanted to give a shout out to the staff in the Wishaw branch! I didn?t catch names but was a man and a lady who were working. Customer service skills were second to none, had a laugh and a giggle with them while being served. Really cheered me up and made my shopping experience enjoyable! I Feel like staff in shops like this just don?t get enough credit and this duo definitely deserve credit! Love my paint and the banter was free! ?

10 years ago I bought Super Fresco wallpaper for my hall ceiling. They said not to buy extra rolls because it was always in stock. 2 weeks ago I walked in desperate for 1 roll having fallen through the ceiling. I was expecting to have to buy a new pattern and have the decorator in all a big bill. However they were true to their word 10 years on it was still in stock. I bought a roll and managed to put up ceiling paper for the first time. Thanks Dulux decorator centre Cheltenham.

I have been twice now, both times in an 'emergency' and their service was superb. Even before I entered the building a staff member could see I was struggling and asked if she could help. Their product knowledge was excellent. Their manner and consideration a breath of fresh air. And don't believe they are necessarily more expensive; both my purchases were the same cost as elsewhere.

The ladies that served me in the Milton centre this afternoon were fantastic. They were very patient helping me to decide what finish to get and were extremely knowledgable when it came to colour matching a particular farrow and ball colour. Would highly recommend.

I can?t recommend the Huntingdon Centre enough. The ladies there are brilliant. They are friendly, funny, professional and experienced. They also have the patience of a saint and repeatedly explain the same things to me every time I visit. I?m thinking of asking if I can spend a whole day with them; just for the fun of it. Please pass my thanks on to them.

My wife and I called on saturday morning to buy paint. The woman working was rude and extremely un helpful. My wife asked if she could have some sample pots mixed and was told No. The woman assistant was not interested in helping. She is quite obviously not suited to working in a retail environment. Her interaction with customers is diabolical. Most definitely will not return to this shop. We received polar opposite service at the crown trade center and also at johnstones decorating center.
