i recently visited dreams on danum retail park doncaster in the search for a new electric bed . i was met by kevin who was pleasant knowledgable about the products helpful without being pushy . there was a good range of beds on display . eventually i chose one it has yet to be delivered . i also bought a tempur pillow expensive yes but first nights sleep on it and neck pain was gone over a year i have spent the cost of this pillow in order to find the right one and none worked for me i now understand what spinal allignment means . overall this visit was a pleasant experience for me .

Don't usually leave reviews but with treatment we got today I think I have to. Me and my partner visited today and as soon as we got in the shop we were greeted by Sarah, she was really friendly and as we weren't sure what we were wanting she got us on the sleep match machine. We were then walked round to have a look at a few different mattresses which Sarah gave really good information on without pushing us to buy anything like most places do.
Once we got sat down Dave made us both a drink and he also gave us a lot of good information.
Couldn't ask for better staff and a better experience, huge thank you to Sarah and Dave ?

Right from the moment we entered the store Julie was on hand to assist us, giving us good advice getting us measured up for relative bed welcoming and politely made us a refreshing cup of tea making sure we received the best mattress for our needs all in all couldn't do anymore to get our best match that suited us, will certainly be back for our next bed for a brilliant service

We recently purchased a bed from the Doncaster store. The staff were amazing. We were greeted by Sarah with a cheerful good morning. She asked if we wanted a cup of tea or coffee or other drinks. We were shown several beds, given a pillow to lay on each mattress we tried and even laid on the sleep match. I would highly recommend this store. The customer service was outstanding and a breath of fresh air in our world where a cheerful smile is rare.

Had a great experience with our recent visit to the Doncaster store. Sarah was very helpful in guiding us through our new mattress selection and the use of the Dream Sleepmatch technology. Friendly chat as well as good product knowledge while we tested the various mattresses, all accompanied with a cuppa and pillow selected to give the right support while testing. Highly recommend Sarah and the store experience.

Hayden and his colleague where honestly so helpful! We called as needed two mattresses last minute, we came to the store and looked at their selection of mattresses on sale. They helped us and reserved them for the next day and gave us an amazing discount and some extras!!! Thank you both very much :)

The customer service we received from Sarah was exceptional. She greeted us in a very friendly manner on entry to the shop. When we couldn?t decide on what mattress we wanted she advised us to go on the sleep match machine and talked us through lots of options to help us decide what bed and mattress suited us best. We were able to try out any mattresses and even given pillows to try out too, we were also offered refreshments. She was excellent with our little girl, keeping her involved throughout the visit. The shop had a great range of quality beds and mattresses and all the staff we met were just as friendly as Sarah. Overall, a great shopping experience!

Went into Dreams at the Doncaster Branch today and Sarah greeted us smiling offering us a cup of tea. Excellent customer service from start to finish, great attention to detail when giving us info on choosing the right mattress. Thank you and thanks to Dave as well the store manager. Great customer service. We were there for a good hour testing out different mattresses that were matched. We were served by Kevin and straight away were offered tea or coffee and were supported the whole way through shopping for a mattress. Very patient and happy to help/advise as and when. This is my second time shopping with dreams. There will definitely be a third.
