phone services send you round in loops, then refer to a website that also, doesnt have the info. they "attempted delivery" but not to my address, so i have no ref card and cant get my package.

Disgusting service ,can?t get through to speak to anyone,holding on the phone for an hour still no answer.Rearranged for delivery said in two working days ,no one .Still waiting been a week now.
