What a poor excuse for ?cooked? food, both the wedges and fries I ordered came soggy, undercooked and mushy. For the price you?d expect they?d atleast cook things before sending them out

Ordered online, attended store just before collection time, was advised the pizza has had to be remade as it had stuck inside the oven, fine I thought.
Got given my order, when I got home the other parts of the order were cold as they had been just left waiting for the pizza to be redone and the pizza was just a pool of grease and the crust was not attached to the rest of the pizza.

In the last year or so this place has been disappointing and we have been going to different pizza shops. As we really busy and we wanted something to quality to eat as it was getting late. We ordered 2 large Pizzas and paid for them and I had to remind the worker he needed my name to put on board so I could see when it would be ready. They said it would be 15 to 20 mins as they were busy as it was a Friday night. As we waited in r car as the shop was busy, I got out 3 times to check if ready and on 3rd time, I had to ask, and they had to chase it up. I think they forgot to make it as it was over 45mins until we got are Pizzas, they did apologise, but that was it. My wife was not very happy as she went on the website to complain and it said if we don't get our orders within 30mins we would get a refund. I didn't want to go back in as it raining really badly, and it was busy to. Another disappointing order, so think we won't be going back for a long time.
