Personally, I'm not really a fan of Domino's but we put a large order in for the office staff.
The food is what it is but full respect to the staff, very helpful and accommodating.

Was supposed to deliver a large garlic mayo dip and sent bbq, driver called the store and they were supposed to be calling me back and they couldn?t be bothered to do that or to resolve the issue. poor customer service and the head manager at the store is rude and unprofessional and doesn?t like to answer questions and puts the phone down.
Told me to fill out a feedback form yes what?s that going to do to resolve the issue right now, asked for the franchisee details and refused and all he?d give me was first names of someone called Emma or Dom ( probably short for Dominoes ) so Emma or Dom you need to contact me ASAP to resolve this!!

Ordered 2 large pizzas, unfortunately one of those was a medium when delivered. Told the driver and he was more than happy to get it sorted for us. It was an England match night so wasn't expecting it to be rectified quickly but the replacement pizza was at my door within 20 minutes! Second driver was very apologetic but I was impressed with the speed they sorted the issue! Only knocking it to 4 stars due to the initial error.

Ordered 4 medium pizzas yesterday with 2 toppings on each and for whatever reason they charged £10 each pizza rather than the regular deal of £7.99 I asked the lady behind the till why she overcharged me and she soon realised her mistake but said i couldn?t get any money back or any form of compensation like extra food or large pizzas which every other dominoes I have been to will do, I forgot about her mistake and told her not to worry about it I then received the pizzas only to find non of them were cooked enough the dough on the inside of the pizzas was raw and chewy, the cheese and toppings all fell off the base the moment the slices were lifted out the box, the pizzas were just an under cooked mushy mess and to top it off the floor of the kitchen was covered in food it looked like they hadn?t cleaned the kitchen in weeks, the whole experience was dreadful and I normally love dominoes but I will never go to that franchise again what a waste of £40, disgusting.
