Looked at a number of properties with this real estate to buy on multiple occasions and had the misfortune of being shown around by Lily. She was very rude both times I met her and the open inspections were disorganised and poorly run. They had one agent showing two properties in the same 15min window on different floors, leading to people waiting around and not getting out on time to see the next properties on their list. It left me thinking I would avoid properties from this real estate in future just to avoid the uncomfortable viewings
