Absolutely disgusted with the poor service from this company. Not surprised after now seeing all the 1* reviews. While they?re trying to get your money, they couldn?t be nicer and pretend to be more helpful. They minute the couches arrive the customer service is all downhill. Not to mention paying that much money for a sofa only for it to fall apart within the first year of having it. DFS are conmen/women preying on people and using all kinds of excuses not to give you your money back.

great service when you are paying over 4k for your settees - TERRIBLE service afterwards when something isn't right - bad customer after service and not good at all sorting problems - tried to deliver a broken sofa hoping we wouldn't notice and then brought it back with a bodge job on the frame ! Wow - it's really your choice, as was ours, but we will not be buying anything from dfs again ever.

We have been waiting to receive our fabric and leather care kits since October!!! Every time I contact customer service they say they will send them by post and NOTHING! REALLY REGRET BUYING FROM THIS STORE! They called yesterday saying they will be there in 30 min and nothing!!! Appaling customer service! Order number is 01ZXP2452.

After sales service terrible,purchased 5 year warranty, waste of time refused to do repairs after 3 years faulty material went been back to dfs they said its nothing to do with them its warranty company problem .beware buying from this company.

I bought Aurora Sofa in 2021. We bought extended cover. After 3 years we have problem with the sofa legs. We submitted claim. They said our cover doesn't cover it. I believed the legs weren't installed properly by someone who was on the day on the delivery, we didn't have this issue before it's sudden. But claim was refused. How someone behind desk can refuse claim? Person should be sent home to assess. Additionally if is not person fault while installing legs is someone who built sofa or made legs. Sofa wasn't cheap and it should last years. How after 3 years the owners have to blamed.
I am looking after to resolve this issue, assess how it was installed and provide new legs. I don't belive legs are expensive and for the price of the sofa it gas to be resolved.
