Great food and fast service but chips missing from order, didn't realise until we got home. we have read a few people had chips missing, doesn't seem a big deal but to be honest when you have ordered them and paid for them you expect them...will avoid this in future which is a big shame as food was spot on....can't comment about the chips haha

I'm not sure what's happened here, whether they've had a change of ownership or something. I used to use this takeaway weekly between 2020/22. But my last couple of takeaways from here have been so disappointing. Last time it was Donor Meat & Chips missing the cheese & cold. This time Hawaiian pizza & cheesy chips - the pizza was dry & had a rubbery texture. The ham was burnt to a cinder on the pizza and had a strange taste. I don't think it was real ham or even turkey ham. Service has always been friendly, but the food quality has really gone down the pan. Very sad to see, sadly 2 poor takeaways - I won't be using again :-(

I ordered. a quarter pounder cheeseburger and a Quarter pounder chicken burger tonight and the chicken burger was a meal. I got Charged. 12 pound 80 and the guy on the phone tried, telling me that I did not order the chicken beggar. He said I Ordered? 2. cheese burgers, he must think I'm stupid. I do not recommend cypresa's garden To anybody?

Yesterday I was charged 42 pounds for meal worth 12 pounnds only coz i didnt have enough cash on me the driver said i should be aware that theres an card paid option so i said last time was ok asked him to take me to the nearest cashpoint, which isnt working then when i had to go and buy things i did not need i the shop/ btw waiting in in the que he said oooh i can charge my cash card reader now its ok i didnt noticed that before wft is like ffs I WANT MY MONEY BACK SO HE WASNT AWARE THAT HE CAN CHARGE HES CARD READER BEFORE?

Always buy from here after work easy option after finishing late well tonight has got to be the worst one yet had doner meat (normally have a wrap) meat was all lumpy and had white stuff all over it horrible not as it normally is i rang and asked if they had changed the supplier and said they hadn't so i dont think I'll be eating here much longer also ordered pizza and came burnt to crisp to call them up to complain and them to tell me there is nothing they can do about it ? over rubbish service rubbish food!!

No Star at all, Cyprus garden takeaway should be closed soon. the owner of the shop has no attitude and no manner and can't talk English, and swearing to customer in Turkish language. They smoke while preparation in the kitchen. Cyprus garden has no respect to costumers at all, I recommend you not to order from this disgusting takeaway. I mentioned the Reality about this takeaway. There is a male staff very rude with ugly face which you can recognise. Very dirty people working inside. Choice is yours, read before you order. Stay conscious
