What an absolutely abhorrent customer services your have.
A 9 month old TV shouldn't fail, but nor should a manager who cant manage upset customers.
Misinformed and callas behaviour by staff.
Avoid like the plague.

I bought a tv and took it home it did not fit i took it back and explained this too them ....I was told very frankly sorry and no it's my tv and sell it privately...by the rood staff so be aware I only hd the tv 3 hours THANKS CURRY'S

We purchased a new Samsung washing machine to replace our old Samsung washing machine that we purchased from Currys 15 years ago. Good customer service. Competitive prices. Helpful staff who put it in my car. Go-to place for my cooker fridge freezer and TV.

Shocking customer service
Don't want to know you!
Spent over £6,000 9 years ago, needed a new power adapter for the £2,500 TV.
I was told to look online at different companies as 'they can't help' absolutely dismissed as if I had leprosy!
Never again will I be buying again from this group!

Absolutely useless, bought a PC that was faulty, brought it back next day and get told the can?t do anything as I?ve took it on finance and they?ve got different system they they do online. Will never use them again.

Shocking customer service!
About a month ago I purchased an iPhone pro 16. The salesman pushed me to buy a fitted screen protector that took them forever to try and fit. When fitted had air bubbles all over it. I was told if they didn?t settle I could get a new one fitted free or my money back at any time. Returned today to be confronted by a very rude manager that wouldn?t help me in any way. I didn?t even want it in the first place. Shocked by this as I was a regular customer of curry?s but after this I?ll not be returning to this store and advise others to stay away

Just bought a Corsair tc1000 from there today. Had assistance from Logan, young lad, wasn't pushy or hanging over the customer(me) but jumped in straight away as I looked around and as soon as help was needed. Gave great advice, tried to sell the right product rather than upsell something I might later return. Very polite and well spoken. Very happy with my chair and customer service.
