Use this on my regular drive past the services. The baristas are a great team, and even when the services are busy, they quickly and efficiently serve the customers. I'm here for the coffee and am never disappointed with the brews they provide. Occasionally they run out of the large takeaway cups - but I can forgive them for that.

Just want to say a massive thank you to the girls working on 5/7/2023, we broke down and was recovered to the car park of the service station and sat there for many many hours waiting to get back to Norwich. The girls at costa were so lovely to us, kept checking on us and checking if we needed anything at all. Thank you so much ??

Shockingly poor customer service. Awful attitude from staff, who made you feel like an inconvenience by just being there, let alone trying to buy a drink. Request to use own reusable cup was met with a loud huff. Server had her unwashed hands inside the cups for no reason. Drinks just plonked on the side.As an aside, unlike other coffee retailers Costa don't advertise the use of reusable cups, or offer a small reduction for doing so. I will be bearing this in mind when choosing where to buy coffee in future.In any event, this Costa is one I will avoid going forward.

Oh dear. The staff, on the day I visited, really didn't attend any customer service course. I felt very much an inconvenience to them. The person in charge barked at a colleague and told her to "serve the customer", I was very embarrassed and felt so sorry for someone who I assume was a new recruit. Decent drinks but yet another dreadful experience at a Costa coffee.
